We have very strict procedures in place. Monitoring is ongoing, not only when purchasing ingredients, but throughout the entire production chain up to the finished product being delivered and stocked on the shelves. This is to prevent any GMO material from entering the products.
All our products comply with current GMO regulations, which require producers who do use them to state that the product contains GMOs on the label. Vitamins B2 and B12 are essential for our health and help our bodies release the right amount of energy on a daily basis. As part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism. A vegetarian or vegan diet can, however, lead to a B12 vitamin deficiency as it is normally absorbed through animal-source foods. Vitamin B12 supplements may be required for those following a plant-based diet. We incorporate it into our products to help you consume the recommended daily amount. For more information, we suggest talking to your doctor.

To store products correctly, we recommend checking the expiry date and storage information stated on the packaging.

Plant-based drinks that can be stored out of the fridge until opening undergo heat treatment. These products are processed at ultra-high temperatures (UHT) to increase their shelf life. This process preserves the nutrients and eliminates bacteria, making the products safe and storable at room temperature until they are opened.

As a general rule, if the Valsoia products you have purchased do not specify on the packaging that they must be frozen at -18°, we do not recommend that you freeze them. Freezing does not affect the safety or nutritional value of the product, but it may compromise its high-quality taste and texture.
However, if you use a Valsoia product as an ingredient in a recipe, your dish can be frozen following the correct freezing methods.

Always check the storage information (method and duration) on the label so as to best preserve the products.

We cannot guarantee the quality of our products beyond the expiry date. This is why we advise you not to use our products beyond the expiry date printed on the packaging.

We recommend checking the storage information on the packaging. The label indicates how the product should be stored, and for how long, before and after opening.
